Research Fellow

Michael Kodom’s research interest focuses on assessing the interlinkages between digitalization and development. His substantive research areas include digital financial inclusion, health, and gender. He has published in Enterprise Development and Microfinance, and the Journal of Asian and African Studies. He holds a PhD and MPhil in Development Studies and a BA in Political Science, and Geography and Resource Development, all from the University of Ghana. Before joining ISSER as a research fellow, he worked as a principal research assistant at ISSER’s Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation Unit for two years. He was also an Adjunct Lecturer at GIMPA, Accra Institute of Technology (AIT), and KNUST Institute of Distance Learning.
